We make the things you never think about, until they fail.
ELLA began when two brothers from the Jain family, Akashdeep and Piyush, decided the garbage bag in every Indian kitchen deserved to be made properly: the right size, the right thickness, no leaks, no surprises. The first rolls went to neighbours in Gurugram. Today our factory at Plot 50, Sector 34 runs with a team of fifty people led by Aakash sir, and ELLA ships across India through Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Zepto.
goella is our own store. It exists so you get the full range, the best pack sizes, prices a step below the marketplaces, and the honest fastest way to your door, even if that means sending you to Blinkit.
Questions
Why can I buy on Blinkit or Amazon from your own site?
Because we would rather you get the product than leave. If our courier takes three days and Blinkit has it in ten minutes near you, we show you that. Same ELLA either way.
Is goella really 10% cheaper than Amazon?
Yes. Our prices follow Amazon's and stay 10% under. If Amazon runs a deal, we drop with it. Subscriptions and bundles are only here.
How do delivery dates work?
Enter your pincode on any product. We show the date based on our courier partners' timelines for your area: next day in Delhi NCR, 2 days in metros, 3–5 days elsewhere.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI on larger orders, or cash on delivery.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any time, from your account or by replying to the WhatsApp reminder we send three days before each delivery. No lock-in.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice is emailed with your order.
